East City, envisioned as the “Chandigarh of the South,” was conceived as a prestigious residential development in Bibinagar, Hyderabad. This ambitious project, spanning over 2500 acres, aimed to provide a serene and modern living experience for thousands of plot owners, primarily defence personnel.

ECPOMAWCSL
The formation of ECPOMAWCSL (East City Plot Owners’ Mutually Aided Welfare Cooperative Society Ltd.) marks a significant step towards realizing the potential of East City. ECPOS provides a platform for plot owners to unite, address their concerns collectively, and work towards a shared vision for the future.
Through active engagement with stakeholders, advocacy efforts, and community building initiatives, ECPOMAWCSL strives to overcome the obstacles that have plagued East City for years.
